Below is the table that will show you the columns and their explanation that will get printed in the generated report.

Student No	Student Number generated by TEAMS
Student Name	Student (First name)(Middle name)(Last name).
Email	The Email Address of the student
Phone	The Phone number of the student
Mobile	The mobile number of the student
Enrolment No	Enrolment Number generated by TEAMS.
Campus	Campus name of the student
Program	Program name under which the student is enrolled
Start Date	Start date of the enrolment
End Date	End date of the enrolment
Attendance	Attendance percentage for an enrolment
Account Manager	The account manager linked to the enrolment
Intervention Status	Intervention Status of the student
Intervention Date	Intervention date of the student
Warning As At date	Intervention warning as at date
Warning Start Date	Intervention warning start date
Warning End Date	Intervention warning end date
Next Appointment Date	Intervention next appointment date
Last Appeal Date	Last appeal date of the intervention
Notes	Intervention notes
Agent Name	Agent name linked to the student

Intervention Status Report Filters

The Intervention Status Report contains two tabs: General and Advance. Each tab offers a set of filters to refine the report’s data. These filters enable you to customise their report based on specific criteria and obtain more accurate results.

General Filters	Explanation
Report based on	You will see two radio buttons under this section: *Show Current Status* – When you select this radio button, the report will only show you the current status of interventions. *Show History* – When you select this radio button, the report will print the history of interventions.
Show History	Select this radio button to print the intervention history.
Report Start Date	Select the Report Start date from the calendar icon.
Report End Date	Select the Report End date from the calendar icon.
Campus	You can select multiple campuses from the dropdown menu.
Program	Select the programs from the magic search field.
Intervention Status	This is a user code and you can create it from the user code screen in TEAMS. Based on the user code created, you can select the intervention status from the dropdown.
Group By	Please see TEAMS Basics
Sort By	Please see TEAMS Basics
Asc/Desc	Please see TEAMS Basics

Advance Filters	Explanation
Timetables and Classes	Select the Timetables and Classes from the magic search field.

Select the “Print” Icon to generate the report. After clicking on it, the system will direct you towards the report dashboard screen. You can see the report status over there if it’s generated or not. Once it’s generated, download the report.

Qualifications Issued Report Filters

The Qualifications Issued Report filters have two tabs General and Advance and the below table will show you the Filters with their explanation.

General Filters	Explanation
Report Start Date	Select the Start Date from the calendar
Report End Date	Select the End Date from the calendar
Campus	Select a Campus from the dropdown.
Program	This is a magic search field and you can search for multiple Programs by typing the Program Code.
Completed Status	This dropdown will show Full, SOA and N/A status as tick boxes and you can select them as required.
Sort By	Please see TEAMS Basics
Asc/Desc	Please see TEAMS Basics

Advance Filters	Explanation
Timetable and Classes	This is a magic search field and you can search and select multiple timetables.
Employer	Select Employer Name from the dropdown
Enrolment Type	This is a user code and one can create the user code in TEAMS as you required. Based on the user code created, you can select multiple enrolment types from the dropdown.
Enrolment Outcome	Select the Enrolment Outcome from this dropdown.

Click on the “Print” Icon to generate the report. After clicking on it, the system will direct you to the report dashboard screen. You can see the report status over there if it’s generated or not. Once it’s generated, download the report.

Below is the table that will show you the columns and their explanation that will get printed in the generated report.

Columns	Explanations
Enrolment No	Enrolment Number generated by TEAMS.
Student No	Student Number generated by TEAMS
Student Name	Student (First name)(Middle name)(Last name).
Program	Program Name under which the student is enrolled.
Campus	Campus Name under which the student is enrolled.
Start Date	Start date of the enrolment.
End Date	End date of the enrolment.
Enrolment Type	This is the enrolment type selected on the edit enrolment details screen.
Visa Type	This column shows you the Visa type of the student
SP Current Attendance	Study Period Current Attendance
SP Overall Attendance	Study Period Overall Attendance
Timetable	The system will show the current timetable allocated to the enrolment.
Current Intervention Status	Current Intervention status of the student
Current Intervention Date	Current Intervention date of the student
EP Overall Attendance	Enrolment Period Overall Attendance
EP Current Attendance	Enrolment Period Current Attendance

Attendance Report Filters

The Attendance Report filters have two tabs General and Advance and the below table will show you the general and advance filters with their explanation.

General Filters	Explanation
As on Date	This is today’s current date and you can select it from the calendar.
Enrolments to include	Current– Selected: ongoing enrolments flagged as started but not finished. Optional dates optimize calculations. Empty with today’s date: Retrieves all started enrolments, even with past end dates, for attendance calculations. Specify a date range: Limits search to enrolments within that range, regardless of individual start or end dates. Finished – Selecting this option filters for finished enrolments only. Mandatory dates for the Report Start and End fields define the search period for enrolment end dates. The “Date based on” value must be within the specified date range.
Campus	Select a specific campus from the dropdown.
Program	This is a magic search field and you can search for multiple Programs by typing the Program Code.
Study Period No of Weeks	The field will display study period weeks based on the system setting for your RTO by default.

The Attendance Report provides information on the attended hours of each enrolment of a student. This report shows you the number of hours a student has attended for each class they have enrolled in. It is an essential report for you to monitor the attendance of students and ensure they are meeting the required number of hours.

ASQA Enrolment and Completion Data Report

Overview

The system is designed to search for enrolments that fall within a specified date range and display each subject for the enrolment that has a final result. This report is generated based on the ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) template for Enrolment and Completion Data, which is accessible through the Compliance Menu in the system.

By using this report, users can easily track and monitor enrolments and their corresponding subjects, which can help with compliance and performance management.
