The Below table will show you the columns and their explanation that will get printed in the generated report.

Columns	Explanations
Enrol. #	Enrolment Number generated by TEAMS
Student #	Student Number generated by TEAMS
Student Name	Student (First name)(Middle name)(Last name)
Date of Birth	Date of birth of the student.
Phone #	Phone number of the student.
Agent Name	Agent linked with the enrolment.
Campus	The system will show you the campus name linked to the enrolment
Cricos Code	Cricos Code
Course Code	Program Code under which the student/enrolment is enrolled
Course Name	Program Name under which the student/enrolment is enrolled
Enrolment Type	This is a user code in TEAMS and based on the User Code created and selected for the Type of enrolment, it will appear under this column
Account Manager	Account Manager linked with the enrolment
Academic Schedule	Current Timetable linked with Enrolment
Preferred Payment Method	Payment Method
Visa Type	Student’s visa type.
Start Date	Start date of the enrolment
End Date	End date of the enrolment
Duration Weeks	The system will show you the total number of the Enrolment’s week i.e. sum of study and academic holiday weeks
Started	This column will show you Yes if the enrolment is started and No if the enrolment is not started

Fee Overdue Report Filters

The General and Advance Filters tab on the Fee Overdue Report screen provides a list of filters that can be used to refine the data displayed in the report. Below is a table that shows the filters and their explanations: Using these filters, you can customize the report to show only the information that is relevant to your needs, making it easier to analyse and take action based on the report data.

General Filters	Explanation
As at	the system will use this to find all invoices with a due date that is on or before a specified date, provided the enrolment meets other selected parameters.
Report Start Date	Select the report start date from the calendar icon.
Report End Date	Select the report end date from the calendar icon.
Campus	Select a specific campus or select multiple campuses for your RTO if you are submitting this report for multiple campuses.
Program	This is a magic search field and you can search for multiple Programs by typing the Program Code.
Enrolments to Include	You can select multiple types of enrolments such as Not Started, Current and Finished or select All under this field.
Include Overdue invoices where receipt date is after as at date	You can include invoices in the report even if they have a receipt entered with a date after the specified “As at” date. By selecting the tick box, the system will consider the invoices overdue as of the entered date, regardless of the receipt date.

Timetables and Classes	You can select the timetables or classes from the magic search field

Select the “Print” Icon to generate the report, and the system will direct you to the report dashboard screen. You can see the report status over there if it’s generated or not. Once it’s generated, download the report.

Discount	The discount amount made for the fee
Total Amount	Total of the particular Invoiced amount of the enrolment
Agent Comm.	The invoiced commission amount of the agent
Balance owing	This is the total balance owing for the student’s enrolment.
Postal Address	Student’s Postal address.
Email Address	Student’s primary email address
Last session Attended Date	This is the date of the last session attended by student.
Mobile	Student’s mobile number
Employer Name	Employer name linked to the enrolment
Employer Code	Code of the Employer
Invoice Creation Date	The creation date of the Invoice
Invoice Due Date	The Due date of the invoice
Enrolment Outcome	Enrolment’s outcome
Study Period Start Date	Study period start date
Study period End Date	Study period end date

Main Dashboard > Finance Menu > Fees Overdue Report

The Fee Overdue Report will help you to manage overdue fees efficiently for students who have not paid their tuition fees within the specified deadline. It provides details on total overdue fees, commission, net overdue (after commission deduction), and the remaining amount owed. This report facilitates tracking and assessment of outstanding balances and enables timely fee recovery.

The purpose of the fee overdue report is to identify students who are behind on their payments and take appropriate actions to collect the outstanding fees. This may involve sending reminders or notifications to the students.

Report Based on	You will see three radio buttons under this section: *Invoice Date: When you select this button, the system will print invoices based on invoice dates Invoice Due Date: When you select this button, the system will print invoices based on the invoice due date Invoice Creation Date*: When you select this button, the system will print invoices based on the invoice creation date
Report Start Date	Select the report start date from the calendar icon.
Report End Date	Select the report end date from the calendar icon.
Campus	Select a specific campus or select multiple campuses for your RTO if you are submitting this report for multiple campuses.
Program	This is a magic search field and you can search for multiple Programs by typing the Program Code.
Fee Type	Select multiple Fee types from the dropdown field

Transaction Types	You can select multiple transactions types such as Invoices, Negative Invoice, Receipts, Refunds, Transfers or select All under this field
Report Start Date	Select the report start date from the calendar icon.
Report End Date	Select the report end date from the calendar icon.
Campus	Select a specific campus or select multiple campuses for your RTO if you are submitting this report for multiple campuses.
Tansactions Dates Based on	You will see three radio buttons under this section: *Transaction Date: When you select this button, the system will print transactions based on transaction dates Transaction Due Date: When you select this button, the system will print transactions based on the transaction due date Transaction Creation Date*: When you select this button, the system will print transactions based on the transaction creation date
Program	This is a magic search field and you can search for multiple Programs by typing the Program Code.
Include Cancelled Invoices	To view cancelled invoices in the report, select the option. However, cancelled invoices for enrolments where the cancel enrolment function was used will only be shown if the tick box for including cancelled enrolments is also selected.
Include Cancelled Enrolments	Selecting the cancel enrolment function includes cancelled enrolments with relevant transactions that meet selected parameters. However, if enrolment outcome is set as cancelled without using the cancel function, they won’t be included unless they meet all other report parameters.
