| Agent Name | This column will show you the agent names |
| Account Manager | it will show you Account managers linked to the agent |
| Student No | Student numbers linked to the agent |
| Student Name | Student names linked to the agent |
| Nationality | Nationality of the student |
| Student Status | This column will display the status of the student whether the enrolment is started, pending, finished or not yet started |
| Campus | Campus name under which the student is enrolled |
| Enrolment Date | This column will display the processed date of the enrolment |
| Enrolment No | Enrolment number generated by the system |
| Application No | The application number generated by the system |
| CRICOS Code | CRICOS code entered updated on the program entry screen |
| Program | Program name under which the applicant/student is enrolled |
| Weeks | The total number of study weeks of the program |
| Start Date | Enrolment Start Date |
| End Date | Enrolment End Date |
| Tuition Receipted | The total receipted tuition fee will display under this column |
| Gross Tuition | Gross tuition amount of the student/applicant under this column |
| Agent Commission | The total Agent commission amount will display under this column |
| Total Commission Paid | The total commission that has been already paid to the agent |
| Total Commission Balance | The total balance of the Agent commission |
| Commission Due | The total due amount of the Agent commission |
| Discount notes | Discount notes for the agent |
| Country | The country of the agent updated on the Agent screen |
| Agent Region | The region of the agent |
| Agent ID | The agent ID generated by the system |
| Phone No | Agent’s phone number |
| Mobile No | Agent’s mobile number |
| Fax No | Agent’s fax number |
| Email Address | Agent’s email address |
| Web Address | Agent’s web address |
| Local Address | Agent’s local address |
| Mailing Address | Agent’s mailing address |
