Intervention Status Report Filters

The Intervention Status Report contains two tabs: General and Advance. Each tab offers a set of filters to refine the report’s data. These filters enable you to customise their report based on specific criteria and obtain more accurate results.

General FiltersExplanation
Report based onYou will see two radio buttons under this section:

Show Current Status – When you select this radio button, the report will only show you the current status of interventions.

Show History – When you select this radio button, the report will print the history of interventions.
Show HistorySelect this radio button to print the intervention history.
Report Start DateSelect the Report Start date from the calendar icon.
Report End DateSelect the Report End date from the calendar icon.
CampusYou can select multiple campuses from the dropdown menu.
ProgramSelect the programs from the magic search field.
Intervention StatusThis is a user code and you can create it from the user code screen in TEAMS. Based on the user code created, you can select the intervention status from the dropdown.

Advance FiltersExplanation
Timetables and ClassesSelect the Timetables and Classes from the magic search field.

Select the “Print” Icon  to generate the report. After clicking on it, the system will direct you towards the report dashboard screen. You can see the report status over there if it’s generated or not. Once it’s generated, download the report.

Qualifications Issued Report Filters

The Qualifications Issued Report filters have two tabs General and Advance and the below table will show you the Filters with their explanation.

General FiltersExplanation
Report Start DateSelect the Start Date from the calendar
Report End DateSelect the End Date from the calendar
CampusSelect a Campus from the dropdown.
ProgramThis is a magic search field and you can search for multiple Programs by typing the Program Code.
Completed StatusThis dropdown will show Full, SOA and N/A status as tick boxes and you can select them as required.

Advance FiltersExplanation
Timetable and ClassesThis is a magic search field and you can search and select multiple timetables.
EmployerSelect Employer Name from the dropdown
Enrolment TypeThis is a user code and one can create the user code in TEAMS as you required. Based on the user code created, you can select multiple enrolment types from the dropdown.
Enrolment OutcomeSelect the Enrolment Outcome from this dropdown.

Click on the “Print” Icon to generate the report. After clicking on it, the system will direct you to the report dashboard screen. You can see the report status over there if it’s generated or not. Once it’s generated, download the report.

Attendance Report Data Columns

Below is the table that will show you the columns and their explanation that will get printed in the generated report.

TimetableThe system will show the current timetable allocated to the enrolment.

Attendance Report Filters

The Attendance Report filters have two tabs General and Advance and the below table will show you the general and advance filters with their explanation.

General FiltersExplanation
As on DateThis is today’s current date and you can select it from the calendar.
Enrolments to includeCurrent– Selected: ongoing enrolments flagged as started but not finished. Optional dates optimize calculations.
Empty with today’s date: Retrieves all started enrolments, even with past end dates, for attendance calculations. Specify a date range: Limits search to enrolments within that range, regardless of individual start or end dates.
Finished – Selecting this option filters for finished enrolments only. Mandatory dates for the Report Start and End fields define the search period for enrolment end dates. The “Date based on” value must be within the specified date range.
CampusSelect a specific campus from the dropdown.
ProgramThis is a magic search field and you can search for multiple Programs by typing the Program Code.
Study Period No of WeeksThe field will display study period weeks based on the system setting for your RTO by default.

Advance FiltersExplanation

Attendance Report

Overview

The Attendance Report provides information on the attended hours of each enrolment of a student. This report shows you the number of hours a student has attended for each class they have enrolled in. It is an essential report for you to monitor the attendance of students and ensure they are meeting the required number of hours.

ASQA Enrolment and Completion Data Report

Overview

The system is designed to search for enrolments that fall within a specified date range and display each subject for the enrolment that has a final result. This report is generated based on the ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) template for Enrolment and Completion Data, which is accessible through the Compliance Menu in the system.

By using this report, users can easily track and monitor enrolments and their corresponding subjects, which can help with compliance and performance management.

ASQA Enrolment and Completion Data Report Filters

ASQA Enrolment and Completion Data Report screen have a General Filters tab and the table will show you Filters with their Explanation.

General FiltersExplanation
CampusIf you have multiple campuses, it is possible to generate a report that includes data from all of them. To do so, you would need to select each campus you want to include in the report.
ProgramThe magic search field is referred to as a feature that allows you to search for and select multiple programs.
IntakeThe magic search field is referred to as a feature that allows you to search for and select multiple Intakes.
Report Start DateSelect the start date from the calendar icon and the system will print the report accordingly.
Report End DateSelect the end date from the calendar icon and the system will print the report accordingly.
Exclude Cancelled EnrolmentsSelect this tick box if you do not want the report to print Cancelled Enrolments.
Enrolment TypeSelect the Enrolment Type from the dropdown
Enrolment OutcomeSelect the Enrolment Outcome from the dropdown.
Include inactive subjects (at the enrolment level for transitioned enrolments)Select this tick box if you want to include Inactive subjects that are in the transitioned enrolments in this report.

Click on the “Print” Icon to generate the report. After clicking on it, the system will direct you to the report dashboard screen. You can see the report status over there if it’s generated or not. Once it’s generated, download the report.

Student Results Listing Report Filters

Dashboard > Student Management > Student Results Listing

The Students Results Listing report filters screen has General tab and Advanced tab. The below table will show you filters with their explanation.

General FiltersExplanations
Report based onThis field has three radio buttons (Result Dates, Enrolment Dates, Result Entry Dates).
Upon selecting any of these radio button the system will print the report for you accordingly.
Report Start DateBased on the radio buttons selection and when you select the start date the system will print the results within the start date selected.
Report End DateBased on the radio buttons selection and when you select the end date the system will print the results within the end date selected.
Enrolment No.This is magic search field and you select the specific enrolments to generate the report
Campus NameSelect the campus from the dropdown.
SubjectsThis is a magic search field and you cam search multiple subjects in this filed.
TimetableYou can select the timetables
ClassesYou can select the time of class from this button.
EmployerThis is magic search field and you select the specific employer to generate the report
Print modules based onThis field has four radio buttons(All, With Results, With Unsuccessful results, With no Results). You can only select one radio at once to run the report
Show Inactive Subjects and UoSSelect this tick box to show inactive subjects and UoS in the report
Print Attempt RecordsSelect this tick box to Print Attempt Records in the report
Include Enrolments You can select (All, Not Yet Started, current or Finished) and based on the enrolment status selected, it will show in the report
