Listing Screens – New Page Limit Option

The significant improvements to our system’s listing screens, including Continuing listing, Finishers listing, Starters listing, Applications listing, Overdue, Payment Due, and Payment Received screens. As part of these enhancements, we have added a valuable new feature called Page Limit in the filters section.

This option empowers you to seamlessly send emails to all students directly from any of the listing screens. For instance, if a listing screen has ten pages with a total of 500 students, this new option simplifies the process by allowing you to select all the students from the list, eliminating the need to go through each page individually. This not only streamlines the workflow but also saves valuable time that would otherwise be spent navigating through multiple pages.

Compliance Dashboard – Bulk Flagging of Overseas Enrolments

We have introduced a new tick box to update the Overseas status for multiple enrolments. Now, when you navigate to the Compliance Dashboard and access the Enrolment is not flagged as Overseas listing screen, you’ll notice the Overseas Enrolment tick box next to each student’s number in the grid as well as above the grid.

To update this status in bulk, simply select the desired tick boxes corresponding to the students you want to include, then proceed to the Overseas enrolment tick box located above the grid. After making your selections, select the Update button. The system will promptly display a confirmation message at the top of the screen, asking for your confirmation to save the records. By selecting OK, the system will refresh the screen, and the chosen records will no longer appear in the grid. This signifies that the update has been successfully applied, and the “Overseas” status has been modified for the selected enrolments.

Automated Action Welcome Screen

This screen serves you a platform for both adding new automated actions and editing existing ones. Within this interface, you will find a comprehensive grid displaying all the current automated actions, allowing for efficient management and customisation of these automated processes.

Training location Missing Screen – New Campus and Training Location Dropdown

Now, you will notice the addition of new dropdown menus, specifically Campus and Training Location. These dropdowns offer a convenient way to filter and update training locations in bulk. With these options, you can select both filters simultaneously, streamlining the process of updating training locations.

IMPORTANT – You will notice that initially, only the campus dropdown is visible. Once you have selected your desired campus, the system will dynamically reveal the Training Location dropdown for your convenience. Afterwards, it’s essential to proceed by checking the appropriate tick boxes corresponding to the enrolment numbers and then from the training location dropdown, select the specific training location. Finally, complete the process by hitting the “Update” button.

Offer Letter – New Program Summary Table

In the Master Offer Letter template, we have introduced the new Program Summary Table. This table is designed to provide you with a comprehensive summary list of the programs associated with the application for which you’re generating the Offer Letter. This feature offers a clear and concise overview of the included programs, making it easier for you to review information.

Furthermore, within this Program Summary Table, you will see a new column titled Program Notes. This column allows you to access and display program-specific notes for each enrolment directly in the table. Note – The program note will only reflect in this column if you have updated it at the program level. This enhancement enhances the Offer Letter generation process by providing you with a convenient way to access and communicate program-specific details.

Application Process – Edit Invoice Screen Fee Line Items Changes

In a recent update to our Application process, we have introduced a new functionality within the New Application – Edit Invoices screen.

Irrespective of your instalment plan set up or even if you are using the recalculate invoice feature for your Application/s creation in the system. Now every fee line item will be displayed in every instalment allowing you to divide the other fees such as material fee, enrolment fee, placement fee, OSHC etc. as per your requirement.

For example, if you have a total of five invoices, the first invoice will display the cumulative amount for all selected fee line items, while the remaining four invoices will exclusively show the amount for tuition fees, with material fees and enrolment fees reflecting as 0.

Note – It’s important to note that instalments containing fee line items with a reflected amount of 0 will not impact the invoice creation process.

Commission Due Report – New Sort By Option

When you generate the Commission Due Report, you have the flexibility to sort the report based on your preference. You can now choose to sort the report either by Student Number or by Student Name, providing you with greater control and ease of use when managing commission related data. This added sorting option enhances the user experience, making it simpler to access and analyse the Commission Due Report according to your specific needs and preferences.

New Bulk Tick Box to Update Include In National Export

We have introduced a convenient feature to streamline the process of updating the Include in National Export status for multiple enrolments. Now, when you navigate to the Compliance Dashboard and access the Include in National Export listing screen, you’ll notice the “Include in National Export” tick box next to each student’s number in the grid.

To update this status in bulk, simply select the desired tick boxes corresponding to the students you want to include, then proceed to the Include in National Export tick box located above the grid. After making your selections, select the Update button. The system will promptly display a confirmation message at the top of the screen, asking for your confirmation to save the records.
